This permits us to offer our clients the opportunity to save money without renouncing to the quality that our company guarantees. The precision of the moulds, when made in our factory or in partnership with Chinese companies, in steel and aluminum is the basis of a high quality production.
The complete service that we are able to offer without size limits, a 1400 ton. Press and the possibility to produce large moulds permits us to satisfy all our clients request.
The moulding department is equipped with everything necessary to produce thermoplastic articles of quality. The equipment to manage the materials includes deumificators, aspirators , robots, connected to 11 presses for thermoplastic and 2 presses for thermosetting, able to mould articles up to 12 Kg.
The materials used are PC, polyamide, aromatic polyamides, PPS, acetal resins, ABS, PP, Noryl, PBT, PA + ABS, PA + PBT, PEEK, thermoplastic rubbers, ecc.
The presses capacity: from 40 to 1400 tons.
The use of gas assisted injection, permits the vacuum and/or the compression of articles such steering wheels, handles, arm-rests, etc…
We are specialized in supplying post-moulding services such as treatments (welding, serigraphy, varnishing, tampography), different processes (assembling, insert montage, pasting, mechanical processes, etc…). We also have a large stock house for the finished products.
